Job Description

BrainDo is looking for an enthusiastic undergraduate student for a summer internship position. This role will support our Organic Social Media team and provide opportunities to learn more about our full scope of digital marketing disciplines. The position is perfect for someone well-versed in the social media landscape that is looking to grow their skill set and gain agency experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Organic Social Media team to create impactful campaigns
  • Research, edit, and write captions for short-form video content (TikTok and Reels)
  • Schedule and post organic social media content
  • Perform social media hashtag research
  • Execute tactical engagement strategy for social channels
  • Occasionally join the Organic Social Media team on location for content production
  • Coordinate with agency departments to help translate industry expertise into social content
  • Assist with calendar creation, reporting, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Provide support to other BrainDo departments as needed

Required Education/Skills

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (at least 2 years) program locally or around Philadelphia
  • Capable of both in-person and remote work
  • Working knowledge of social media including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Adobe Premiere short-form video editing experience
  • Ability to create schedules, work within timelines, and comfortably meet deadlines
  • Desire to learn new skills and grow professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or equivalent Google products
  • Bonus points: Experience with Adobe Creative suite
