SEO Associate

BrainDo is looking for an SEO Associate to join its growing team of digital marketing professionals. This mid-level role requires someone with a strong editorial background, a passion for content marketing, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Optimize content and landing pages following SEO best practices
• Identify content theme opportunities based on keyword research and competitive analysis
• Perform ongoing analysis of SEO trends & leverage SEO tools to identify and communicate opportunities
• Conduct ongoing keyword research for optimization
• Assist in creating monthly reports
• Collaborate with a dynamic collection of marketing professionals to accomplish effective solutions for clients
• Stay on top of industry trends and play a role in encouraging new SEO solutions to our clientele

Required Skills

• Experience with SEO and a proven track record of successful content optimization
• Copywriting experience geared towards SEO
• Strong writing, grammar, and copyediting skills with a focus on tightness and consistency
• Knowledgeable with keyword research and connecting it to client business objectives
• Exceptional communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working one on one with clients, including in-person presentations and weekly performance check-ins
• Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog)

Complementary Skills

• HTML and or JavaScript knowledge
• Comfortable using CMS (example: WordPress)
• Strategic social media and/or link building experience
