Mobile Analytics Implementation Strategist

BrainDo is in search of a talented and forward-thinking Analytics Strategist with a specialized focus on mobile app development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making processes and optimizing mobile application performance through strategic analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of analytical expertise, mobile app development experience, and a strategic mindset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Solutions: Collaborate with mobile app developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand analytics requirements, ensuring the strategic integration of analytics tools and frameworks.
  • Analytics Setup: Configure and maintain analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) for clients.
  • Technical Implementation: Design and implement custom analytics solutions to address specific business needs, and to ensure seamless integration and functionality within various platforms.
  • Strategic Documentation: Ability to translate technical concepts into client facing documentation.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize features, user interfaces, and overall app performance.
  • Data Governance and Quality: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of mobile app analytics data.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address issues while providing innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous data collection, analysis, reporting and documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and maintain best practices.
  • Team Dynamics: Ability to work as a part of a team and independently.
  • Certifications: Maintain relevant certifications in analytics platforms and related tools.

Required Skills

3-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably some in the agency/consultancy setting.

  • Analytics Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android).
    • Experience with analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (Web/Mobile SDK), Firebase, or similar.
    • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
    • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and implement custom tracking solutions.
    • Ensuring data quality and adhering to best practices.
    • Proficiency in relevant technical skills, like JavaScript, RegEx, HTML, CSS, mySQL, BigQuery.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with tag management systems and additional analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, mParticle).
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their analytics services.
  • Other additional analytics/data visualization platform experience.
  • Consent Management Tool experience.
  • BigQuery, Looker Studio.
  • Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
