Analytics Implementation Strategist

BrainDo seeks an experienced Analytics Implementation Strategist to join our digital marketing team of experts. This position demands expertise in analytics platforms and associated tools, including but not limited to, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Launch.

We are looking for an ideal candidate who can lead in this field, by employing established methodologies to implement strategic solutions and demonstrate proficiency in applying to industry best practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Solutions: Implement data-driven strategies to support business growth.
  • Analytics Setup: Configure and maintain analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) for clients.
  • Technical Implementation: Implementing custom tracking for data collection within various platforms.
  • Strategic Documentation: Ability to translate technical concepts into client facing documentation.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address issues while providing innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous data collection, analysis, reporting and documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and maintain best practices.
  • Team Dynamics: Ability to work as a part of a team and independently
  • Certifications: Maintain relevant certifications in analytics platforms and related tools.
  • This role encompasses analytics setup, strategic implementation, quality assurance, communication, client collaboration, continuous learning, and more, contributing to effective data-driven solutions.

Required Skills

3-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably some in the agency/consultancy setting

  • Analytics Experience:
    • Proficiency in Analytics platforms (Google/Adobe Analytics)
    • Experience with industry leading Tag Management Systems (Web/App)
    • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
    • Experience with additional analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, mParticle)
    • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
    • Ability to troubleshoot and implement custom tracking solutions
    • Ensuring data quality and adhering to best practices
    • Proficiency in relevant technical skills, like JavaScript, RegEx, HTML, CSS, mySQL, BigQuery
  • Management Experience:
    • Organizing and presenting data collection strategies
    • Identifying issues and providing innovative solutions through data collection and analysis.
    • Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders
    • Handling multiple client projects and meeting deadlines
    • Experience using project management tools

Bonus Points

  • Experience with tag management systems and additional analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, mParticle).
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their analytics services.
  • Other additional analytics/data visualization platform experience.
  • Consent Management Tool experience.
  • BigQuery, Looker Studio.
  • Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
